Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are handmade/hand-packed to order and typically ship within 3-5 business days. During busy periods (holidays, new releases) processing may take a bit longer — we'll let you know if there's a delay.

Shipping rates & methods
We currently ship via USPS or UPS. Domestic shipping costs are $7.95 for Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) and, free shipping for orders over $200.

Where we ship
Currently, we are shipping only to domestic destinations. We’d like to expand internationally ,for the business travel write-offs alone, but we can’t say when that will start. Join our mailing list or follow us on Instagram or Facebook at @irreverentembroidery for updates.

Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
Gin & Stitches isn't responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked delivered by the carrier, but reach out at hello@ginandstitches.com and we'll do what we can to help. If your kit arrives damaged, contact us within 15 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
